Quality, safety, and efficiency.

Quality assurance / quality control

Here at Linkous, quality is first and foremost on our minds from the very start of construction.  Our Field Management Team Leaders are all certified in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Quality Assurance / Quality Control Program.

Furthermore, we stand behind our work and expect our completed projects to stand the test of time and exceed our clients' expectations.

In order to help benefit our clients and maintain optimal efficiency, Linkous stays up to speed with the latest technology. Our employees receive continuous education and training in scheduling and project control programs in order to deliver projects that are on schedule, within budget, and of the highest quality. We are also happy to provide you with accurate status reports every step of the way.

Linkous utilizes BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Procore, a project collaboration software that grants access to key project stakeholders (Owner, Design Team, General Contractor/Construction Manager, Key Subcontractors) during both pre-construction and construction to assure that all aspects of the project are on track and all parties remain informed.

At Linkous, we strive to deliver projects faster and more economically, while also preserving quality, and minimizing environmental impact.

With 9 LEED AP's on staff, we believe in being a responsible partner for our environment and the future.

As with any crucial corporate endeavor, management’s commitment is paramount to its success. Likewise, Linkous Construction’s commitment to job site safety is undeniable. Our nationally recognized safety program boasts an experience modifier rate that is ranked among the best in the industry. Associated Builders and Contractors counts us among its safety elite, awarding Linkous perennially its Platinum S. T. E. P. Award (Safety Training, and Evaluation Process).

We believe our program success rides on three important issues, continuing employee education, maintaining focus on safety and perpetual program review. All of our Superintendents hold certifications in First Aid/CPR, Forklift Operation, and 10-Hour OSHA Training. We’ve worked extremely hard to earn the designation of Tennessee Drug-Free Workplace. Our safety incentive programs have been published for their success in keeping employees involved. Finally, to ensure we always see the big picture, Fortier Loss Control Consultants is retained to continually evaluate our progress. We believe that safety can be a window to an organization’s true heart, where quality and commitment can be measured through awards, insurance ratings, and added value to our clients.
