STEP 1: COLLABORATION VS. PRE-CONSTRUCTION

We don’t start the process by giving you our opinion of your vision and how it needs to be executed. Instead, we believe in COLLABORATION and define that as:

  • Determining what is sacred to YOU
  • Identifying clear expectations and non-negotiable items on the front end
  • Addressing Client's and Architect’s potential concerns, constraints and challenges
  • Sitting down with the entire team
  • Taking that information and delivering the most cost effective, quality solutions within your budget and scheduling parameters

STEP 2. VALUE MANAGEMENT VS. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We refer to this step as VALUE MANAGEMENT because we do the due diligence necessary on all fronts to give you the most accurate pricing and qualified team possible. Value Management means that we:

  • Study the site on the front end to assess any unforeseen, potential issues
  • Understand the project nuances for accurate pricing
  • Provide the best subs and vendors with our local workforce knowledge
  • Analyze every bid to ensure scope is covered and materials are up to par
  • Hire financially stable vendors who can meet quality and manpower standards required

STEP 3: QUALITY CONTROL VS. SITE WORK

  • Focusing on quality control every day. We schedule team meetings regularly to keep everyone informed and up-to-date.
  • Catching any potential issues before they actually become issues
  • Monitoring everything with a dedicated and experienced on-site management team
  • Telling subs and vendors to correct their work if need be without hesitation
  • Restricting any and all change orders unless they are Owner suggested

STEP 4: POST-CONSTRUCTION VS. CLOSE-OUT

We prefer POST-CONSTRUCTION because there is never a close-out. At Linkous, we expect our work to withstand the test of time. When the work is complete, we:

  • Undergo an extensive, internal punch list before we even walk the building with the team during the official punch list
  • Ensure Client is happy before anything is presumed finished
  • Expect our work to withstand the test of time
