Grounded and Growing
Fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to quality, R.E. Linkous and his wife, Clare, founded Linkous Construction Company Inc. in Memphis in 1983. Today, we employ a growing number of skilled professionals and craftsmen and are licensed in 13 states.
As we’ve grown, we’ve honed our Client-First approach to perfect a blend of quality and efficiency. It guides every project throughout all industries and project sizes, whether close to home or out of state.

We use that information to deliver the most cost-effective, quality solution within your budget and schedule.
Value Management vs. Project Management
We do the due diligence necessary on all fronts to give you the most accurate pricing and qualified team possible. Value Management means that we assess the project site on the front end, understand the nuances, put together the best subcontractors and vendors, and continually analyze along the way to ensure the scope is on track, including budget, materials, and timeline.
Quality Control vs. Site Work
Quality Control is an opportunity to deliver an exceptional building and create a lifelong relationship. We respect and honor your project by scheduling regular team meetings, catching potential issues beforehand, monitoring with our on-site management team, and correcting work as necessary along the way. We keep our eyes on the details so there aren’t any unnecessary change orders or surprises.

We prefer Post-Construction because there is never a close-out — we expect our work to withstand the test of time. When the work is complete, we undergo an extensive, internal punch list before the final walk-through with the team, and we ensure the client is happy before anything is presumed finished. The result is that 80% of our business is from repeat clients.
